Glitz and glamour – galas at the Postbahnhof
If there is something to celebrate in Berlin, the red carpet is rolled out in front of the Postbahnhof.
In this location, Haile Gebreselassie celebrated his marathon world record, Naomi Campbell and Eva Padberg strode around during Fashion Week, and even Berlin’s renowned mayor Klaus Wowereit already paid a visit. With its picturesque façade, the Postbahnhof provides the perfect setting for receptions and galas.
While the lower hall (former packing room), with its 1200m², offers ample space for a generous cloakroom area and other possible uses, the upper floor (rail hall) provides up to three different entrances. Thus, the Telespargel bar can be reached via its own staircase, so that it can easily be used as VIP lounge or to provide an ideal workspace for the caterer. The rail hall, with its 1800m², is able to host 1400 guests. In addition, it is equipped with its own terrace, which is very popular especially in summer. Furthermore, the courtyard can be used to extend the venue with tent fixtures if necessary.
