Spectacular and sophisticated – exhibitions at Postbahnhof
In 2001, Gunther von Hagen’s exhibition “Körperwelten” set new standards, far beyond the borders of Berlin. Since then, hundreds of thousands of visitors could satisfy themselves of the unique character of the exhibition area at the Postbahnhof.
Most impressive is the rail hall with its extensive window front creating an atmosphere of brightness and an exceptional spatial experience, providing a suitable space for every exhibit. With the East Side Gallery just around the corner and situated in the fancy district of Kreuzberg-Friedrichshain, the Postbahnhof is an integral part of the capital’s art scene.
Visitors can experience all exhibitions in an arty but not artificial atmosphere. As venue of the short paths, the Postbahnhof is easily accessible for everyone. Be it by suburban train, train or car, due to its spacious on-site parking, everybody can reach the Postbahnhof effortlessly. Those who want to stay, however, can end the exhibition on a cozy note with a glass of sparkling wine in our “Telespargel” bar, while enjoying a nice view of the city center.
